Customer Service Agreement - CSA
The Department of Information Services established this online Customer Service Agreement (CSA) application in order to expedite the contract execution process. This application is designed to permit an individual with the authority to bind its organization to a contract to execute a CSA with DIS. The CSA is the prerequisite to an organization's receipt of services from DIS.
