Online Customer Service Agreement

Eligible organizations

We offer information services to Washington state agencies, Washington state local governments, Indian tribes and public benefit nonprofit corporations located in Washington state and federal agencies.

To receive services from DIS, authorized representatives from eligible organizations must first enter into a Customer Service Agreement (CSA).

To obtain a CSA, first determine whether your organization has a CSA by using the search engine below.

Use a small portion of your organization's name in the search box above, i.e., City of Bellevue, just enter "bellevue."
