New to DIS? Here's how you become a customer
It's easy, quick and convenient for you to do business with DIS.
First, determine if your organization has a Customer Service Agreement (CSA) in
place by visiting our online Customer Service
Agreement Web page and use our CSA search tool. If your agency has an
established CSA, you can contact an appropriate
representative at DIS and reference your CSA number.
If you don't find your agency through our CSA search tool, and you have the
authority to bind your organization to a contract, complete the
online application and agree to the terms and conditions of the
agreement.
After you submit your completed application, the system will automatically send
an e-mail notification to DIS and assign your organization a CSA number. Once
assigned, you and the DIS contracts office will each receive a completed CSA.
This completes the process and you are ready to do business with DIS. Contact
an appropriate representative
at DIS and reference your CSA number.
