Latest SCAN Telephone Directory offers valuable contact information for public organizations

Directory is available to purchase in both paper and electronic formats

The 2009 SCAN Directory will be available for purchase through the Department of Information Services (DIS) after September 8, 2009. DIS compiles the directory using information provided by public organizations and publishes it annually. Users target this resource to find comprehensive listings for state agencies and employees, state universities and colleges, local governments, school districts, and more. Previously distributed by the Department of General Administration (GA), the SCAN directory is now available exclusively from DIS.

Two Ways to Order
State agencies order SCAN directories by filling out the order form specifically for state agencies. Print your completed form, then fax or mail using the information provided. A purchase order should be attached.

SCAN directories are also available to the general public and private industry. Simply fill out the order form for use by citizens and business. Print your completed form, then mail to DIS, along with a check for payment, using the address provided.

Agency orders will be filled via campus mail or regular mail and should be delivered three to seven business days after we receive your order and purchase order. Citizens and private organizations can expect to receive their books via regular mail five to seven days after we receive your order and attached payment 

SCAN Directory Pricing
Print copies are $12.00 each and electronic copies (CD with a PDF version) are $10.50 each. Prices include shipping and handling.
