BlackBerry® Mobile Messaging
Service Description
State agencies can keep staff connected to the office with Blackberry® Services, the ideal solution for the employee on-the-go.
The BlackBerry® Service allows staff with a mailbox connected to the Enterprise Active Directory (EAD) to access Microsoft Outlook email, calendars, and address books, and allows access to the state’s Global Address List in addition to making and receiving phone calls. This ability to communicate from various locations, in multiple mediums, helps staff members who are away from their offices stay connected during irregular hours, or when weather or illness prevents them from reaching their office.
BlackBerry® Service enhances work efficiency – employees can handle work-related tasks as they happen, instead of having to wait until they reach their desks.
