User-test recruiting
Usability tests are conducted with participants who represent real-life
website users of a website. DIS Website Services offers recruiting services to
help customer organizations acquire participants who closely match the
recruiting profile for your user testing.
Lab-based usability testing
The state-of-the-art test lab is available in Lacey, Washington for
organizations interested in conducting usability studies of their website.
A “real-life website user” of a website is recruited to perform predefined
tasks.
The usability team monitors verbal and facial reactions of the user, as well as
how they navigate through the site.
Mobile lab testing
The DIS Website Services Usability Lab even comes to your location, when you
need it.
The portable lab equipment replicates our office-based lab environment.
Pricing for Usability Lab
Normal Business Hours - Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Daily fee (up to nine hours): $400 Weekly fee (up to five consecutive
shifts): $1,600
After Normal Business Hours - Monday through Friday, 12:30 PM - 10:00 PM
Daily fee (up to nine hours): $700 Weekly fee (up to five consecutive
shifts): $2,100
Walk-thru and/or Pilot Hours - Monday through Friday 8:00 - 5:30 PM
Up to 4 hours per shift: $200
