Information for State Agencies and
Qualified Non-Profit Organizations

As a state agency or qualified non-profit, you may have video productions or public service announcements that you would like to make available to access organizations around the Pacific Northwest. To participate in CN, there are a few requirements:

• Your video or public service announcement (PSA) must be DIS produced. (CN is currently restricted to DIS Interactive Technologies’ clients.)
  
• Submit a Video Release Form authorizing distribution and use of each video/PSA that you wish to include.
  
• Provide a master copy of the video, if DIS Interactive Technologies doesn’t have a copy.

Rules of Use

• Video program(s) will be used only in their entirety.
  
• Sub-masters will be returned to DIS after duplication.
  
• Video programs will only be aired until the retire date – if specified.
  
• No part of the program will be redistributed for commercial purposes.

Click here to review the Citizens' Network License, which all broadcast/cablecast organizations must agree to in order to participate. This license protects the available videos by outlining specifically how they are to be used.
