Information for Access Broadcast/Cablecast Organizations

In response to requests from organizations such as yours for quality programming that is of interest to the public, we have developed this project to provide an exchange service that we believe will be mutually beneficial to all participants.

PROGRAMMING AVAILABLE NOW: View the list of video productions that have been approved and are currently available for use if you choose to participate in this project.

Citizens' Network Project Participation Requirements:

• Any organization or it’s representative who requests and receives video footage for broadcast/cablecast as part of this program is subject to the Citizens' Network License.
  
• Participants will be obliged to follow these ‘Rules of Use’ for Washington State video programs distributed through the Citizens' Network Project.
  
  • Video program(s) will be used only in their entirety
    
  • Sub-masters will be returned to DIS after duplication
    
  • Video programs will be only be aired until the retire date – if specified
    
  • No part of the program will be redistributed for commercial purposes
