Customer Support
Each state agency or qualifying public organization that contracts with DIS for
Local Telephone Service is assigned a DIS Customer Service Representative. The
Customer Service Representative processes service order requests for adds,
moves and changes submitted by the organization's authorized telecom
coordinator. The DIS Customer Service Representative also assists in the
implementation of PBX, Central Office Service, and Voice Mail Service projects.
The DIS Customer Service Representative staff is available Monday through
Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
