Service Description

DIS supports three e-mail service offerings that meet the unique needs of large, medium and small state governmental organizations.

The three services – Dedicated Exchange Services, Shared-Dedicated Exchange Services, and Shared Exchange Services – have the latest interactive communications technology of Microsoft Exchange, coupled with the state’s Enterprise Active Directory (EAD).

Your agency retains the autonomy of your computing environment.

Email Service Offerings:

Dedicated Exchange Services deliver the right combination of technology, support, and customization for agencies that have more than 100 email users.
Shared-Dedicated Exchange Services are designed for small to medium agencies with more than 100 e-mail users and fewer than 500.
Shared Exchange Services are designed for agencies with fewer than 100 e-mail user IDs.
