Enterprise Applications Management
Service Description
Through Enterprise Applications Management, government agencies can share software applications with other agencies to meet a specific business need. An example of Enterprise Applications Management is JINDEX, a software application that improves public safety by giving statewide law and justice professionals’ immediate access to a shared repository of the most recent criminal justice information.
In addition to JINDEX, Enterprise Applications Management currently administers the following software applications: ePortfolio and IPRMT (Integrated Project Review and Mitigation Tools Information Exchange Network).
Enterprise Applications Management provides support by correcting application anomalies and implementing enhancements to meet customer needs.
Enterprise Applications Management is a process under the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) – a set of concepts and policies for managing information technology (IT) infrastructure, development and operations.
