The State Integration Competency Center (ICC) assists agencies in designing, developing, and implementing technology that compliments, and works with, the technology of other state agencies. The purpose is for the technologies of separate agencies to work together seamlessly to serve citizens. Integration solutions are based on the business needs of the agency. ICC consultants work with agencies to select the most appropriate and cost-effective solutions.

To obtain services from DIS, eligible organizations must enter into a Customer Service Agreement (CSA).

New Customers:
Government entities are invited to complete an Application for Integrated Services and submit to the DIS Service Desk – servicedesk@dis.wa.gov.

Current Customers:
We can respond faster if your customer information is up-to-date. Complete the Contact Update Form and submit to the DIS Service Desk – servicedesk@dis.wa.gov.

To cancel service complete the Service Cancellation Request and submit to the DIS Service Desk – servicedesk@dis.wa.gov.

ESB Infrastructure Fee	$1,323 per month
Message Transaction Fee	$0.002714 per transaction
