Systems Integration






Service Description

The State Integration Competency Center (ICC) assists agencies in designing, developing, and implementing technology that compliments, and works with, the technology of other state agencies. The purpose is for the technologies of separate agencies to work together seamlessly to serve citizens. Integration solutions are based on the business needs of the agency. ICC consultants work with agencies to select the most appropriate and cost-effective solutions.

To obtain services from DIS, eligible organizations must enter into a Customer Service Agreement (CSA).

Queue Set–up Fee $200 per queue
ESB Infrastructure Fee $1,323 per month
Message Transaction Fee $0.002714 per transaction
