DIS provides an environment for hosting secure, credit card-enabled web sites.

State Government Network (SGN) Electronic Payment Service, also known as E-Payment Services, enables your organization to accept credit card and electronic check payments over the Internet for goods and services. This service is secure, fast, and convenient. SGN E-Payment Service is available to all Washington State government agencies connected to the State Government Network.

E-Payment Services provides an alternative payment method for citizens and organizations that do business with the state. Payments can conveniently be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

To obtain services from DIS, eligible organizations must enter into a Customer Service Agreement (CSA).
