Interested Washington State governmental entities are invited to complete and e-mail the Application for Web Hosting Services and submit to the DIS Service Desk – servicedesk@dis.wa.gov.. If requesting Secure Web Hosting be sure to check "Secure Access Web site" on the form under "Service Requirements."
