Webcasting is a powerful communications tool for getting your video message to large audiences. It is an ideal tool for events like staff meetings or seminars where participants are spread over a large geographic area.

A single camera webcast is perfect for a simple Director’s message, while multiple cameras and audience interaction creates a sense of being there for your viewers… much like watching a TV program.

Participants can view high quality video, and synchronized PowerPoints or other visual aids. Viewers may also submit questions to the presenters by calling our studio toll-free or e-mailing the presenters in real-time using a custom interface.

Webcasting offers flexible interactivity featuring polling, surveys, Q & A, and video archiving.

To obtain services from DIS, eligible organizations must enter into a Customer Service Agreement (CSA).

The fee for Webcast services is dependent on the scope of the individual project, and is developed from the customer’s business requirements.
The work estimate may include costs for each of the following: location equipment set-up, network testing, number of viewing streams, graphics development, editing for archived version, DVD duplication, pre-produced video segments, and length of the production.
