Adobe Products Purchasing Information
Thank you for your interest in the DIS/Adobe agreement.
To participate in this purchasing program you must agree to the License
Grant and License Terms and then complete, print, sign and return the
Adobe Agency Coordinator order form. The form will load when you have agreed to
the terms.
Please read the attached terms for CLP Government Program and then complete the
Adobe Agency Coordinator form. Return the completed form to:

Please note that your organization may have only one Adobe Agency Coordinator
and one Backup Adobe Agency Coordinator.
The individual listed as the Adobe Agency Coordinator will be the main point of
contact for any issues regarding Adobe including but not limited to licenses,
maintenance, and EULAs. The link to the Adobe EULA website is:
http://www.adobe.com/products/eula/. Your organization is responsible
for notifying DIS of any changes in the status of the coordinator(s).

TBS Consultant or by visiting the Adobe page on the TechMall™
Customers will not be allowed to submit separate affiliate enrollment forms
under this agreement.
Initial order minimum will be met by consolidating orders from all
organizations.
All orders for product must be submitted to the Dept of Information Services.
Key codes may be obtained by contacting your DIS Consultant.
Maintenance for licenses is optional. To obtain maintenance during the term of
the program, you must be at the current shipping version of a Software Product
and a new version of that Software Product must not have been announced by
Adobe. Maintenance will terminate with the Adobe CLP Agreement. Maintenance
will be for two years and will be prorated for the number of months left in the
term of the Adobe CLP Agreement. Maintenance may not be purchased during the
last month of the Adobe CLP Agreement.
