Service Description

Take advantage of discounted pricing for specific Autodesk® products. The
Autodesk® purchasing agreement:

may be used by all state agencies and political subdivisions

is administered by the Department of Information Services (DIS)

may be used by governmental entities to purchase contract products and services
-
products and services may not be purchased for personal use
Purchasers must have completed a Customer Service Agreement
.
If you have previously completed a Customer Service
Agreement, you do not need to reapply.

Additional Autodesk order information:
Autodesk orders can be submitted on purchase order forms or other similar forms
used by the purchaser. Orders should include the description (indicating if
it's a stand-alone or network version), quantity, and expected purchase price.
Additionally, orders must have an authorized Autodesk dealer listed. They will provide assistance and
answer questions regarding the product.

For product upgrades:
Orders for product upgrades require the serial number of the product you are
upgrading. Call 1-800-538-6401 to verify your serial number is valid to
upgrade. Upgrades cannot be processed without a valid serial number. Be
sure to indicate which product version you are upgrading from and to (i.e.
AutoCAD 2005 to AutoCAD 2007).
