Gartner FAQs

This agreement has been established to reduce the cost of acquiring information technology research and advisory services. Through this program you get the benefit of special discount pricing normally only available to very large corporate customers.

To participate in this purchasing program you must agree to the license grant and license terms and then complete, print, sign and return the Gartner order form. The form will load when you have agreed to the terms.

What is the term of the agreement?

All Licenses purchased between January 2006 and May 31, 2006 shall be for a term ending in May 2007. The price for Licenses between January 2006 and May 31, 2006 shall be prorated based upon the Price List in Schedule A. The pricing for subsequent months of the enrollment shall be based upon the Price List in Schedule A-2. For pro-rated pricing contact your Gartner representative or your TBS Consultant. What products are available?

Gartner offers several levels of service: Gartner Reference Seat, Gartner Advisor Seat, Gartner for IT Leaders and Gartner for IT Leaders Premier. Submit Gartner orders on purchase order forms or other similar forms used by your organization. Additionally, a Gartner order form for each subscriber/seat must accompany the purchase order. You must agree to the license grant and license terms before the order form will load. Purchase orders should include the quantity of each type of seat being ordered (Reference or Advisor) and the price for each seat. Descriptions of the types of seats and prices can be obtained by e-mailing Gartner representative Jim Wiles or at 503-763 or cell at 503-383-8903. How orders are filled

When a Gartner order form for each seat and a purchase order for Gartner services is received from a DIS customer, DIS will submit an order to Gartner. A Gartner account representative will contact the subscriber/seat holder to explain how to use the services and the duties of the subscriber and provide a PIN for accessing Gartner's web site.

How orders are billed
